Restoring Severely Worn Front Teeth

This patient had wanted to improve his smile for several years. Significant tooth wear, enamel erosion, and an older crown on a front tooth had affected the appearance of his smile as well as the shape and function of his front teeth.

Following a detailed evaluation and treatment planning, four custom dental crowns were placed on the front teeth to replace lost tooth structure and restore more natural shape, length, and proportions. The restorations were also carefully planned to support improved speech and function.

Composite bonding was added to areas of the canines and premolars affected by gum recession, providing a conservative way to restore these areas and complete the smile.
