The office is clean and bright with new equipment. Everyone was very friendly. Dr. Smith did the majority of the cleaning, and discussed his approach to dentistry in a direct and engaging way. He had and assistant who was also great. I look forward to returning for my next visit. Update for 2026: google just let me know this has been viewed 5,000 times! I stand by it. I continue to visit this practice twice a year and now they see my wife and two daughters too. The front desk ladies are very nice and efficient. Every hygienest I've had over the years has been excellent. Every repair I've had done has been expertly executed. My insurance company made some network changes a few years ago and I was no longer covered for as much with them, so I tried another dentist. It didn't take long for me to return, even if I had to pay more, because there was no comparison in the service I receive. Everyone in that office from the front desk, to the hygienists, to the assistants, to the doctors themselves are incredibly courteous, and work extremely hard to ensure you are comfortable, happy, and satisfied. I had some work done yesterday and received a call from Dr. Smith today, just checking to see how I was doing. I've never experienced that before with any dentist.
