Replacing Aging Dental Bonding with Porcelain Crowns
Patient History
This patient had previously used tooth-colored composite restorations to close spaces and reshape his front teeth. Over time, the bonding began to show its age, and he wanted to explore a more comprehensive and long-lasting approach to improving his smile.
Treatment
After discussing the differences between replacing the composite bonding and transitioning to porcelain restorations, the patient chose porcelain crowns for his four front teeth.
The crowns were carefully planned to improve the position and angle of his dental midline, add appropriate length, and create more balanced tooth proportions. The final restorations provided a refined, natural-looking smile designed with both aesthetics and longevity in mind.
