Comprehensive Smile Makeover with Porcelain Veneers

This patient had wanted to improve his smile for several years, with his primary concern being that his teeth appeared too small in proportion to his face and smile. Rather than addressing the teeth alone, a comprehensive treatment plan was developed to improve alignment, bite, gum contours, and overall proportions.

The patient first completed full-mouth orthodontic treatment to align his teeth, correct his bite, and create ideal spacing around the front teeth. This planning allowed the final veneers to be placed with less alteration to his natural tooth structure.

After orthodontics, a laser gum lift was performed to reveal more of the natural teeth and create a more balanced gumline. Four minimally invasive porcelain veneers were then placed on the front teeth, with composite bonding added to the canines to improve function and complete the smile.

A custom night guard was also created to help protect the natural teeth and new restorations from future damage caused by grinding.
