History

This patient presented with an upper premolar broken off at the gum line. The tooth was not restorable.

Treatment

The tooth was extracted and a dental implant was placed. The implant healed for a period of 3 months and it was restored with an all ceramic crown supported by a zirconia connection to the implant.
